- Pool Training: After you have completed the academic portion you will want to put all your reading to work. You will practice everything you have read about in the safety of a pool environment. You should feel you have mastered mask clearing, underwater signals, and buoyancy control before moving on to the ocean.
- Ocean Training: Now is the time to put all of your reading and pool safety to the ultimate test. This is the moment you have been working so hard for. Try to let yourself enjoy the process as much as possible.
